Great house in Cape Coral
Great vacation home in Cape Coral. We were two weeks in the villa and felt very comfortable! Nice floor plan, great pool, very good facilities (especially when it comes to kitchen appliances, etc.) and a perfect location for us. Everything was available for our baby, which made us very happy. There were also beach chairs, parasols and sand toys! The landlords and property management were also great. If the time is right, we will be happy to come back!

As soon as you enter the villa, you feel at home, safe and welcome. It is stylishly decorated and very lovingly decorated. It is at a very high technical level, nothing is missing; neither in the kitchen, the bathrooms or the bedrooms. Of particular note are the terrace and the pool area: an oasis of relaxation! The villa is in a very safe and quiet residential area. Cape Coral is also very central for great excursions and numerous beaches. My rating: 5 stars !!!

A dream
I can recommend Villa Southern Charm in Cape Coral 100%. We were allowed to enjoy the house in November and felt very comfortable. The interior is brand new and furnished with great attention to detail. The pool and the outside area a dream. The contact to the landlords and the property management was very pleasant. We will definitely be back thanks

Friendly, helpful, tasteful and comfortable
As guests, we were allowed to live in the house immediately after the renovation by the owners for our two-week vacation. The decor is tastefully chosen and extensive new features are available. We felt very comfortable there. The local property management also convinces with the friendly and helpful contact. We wish the owners a lot of joy with their Villa Southern Charm and all guests as good a time as we have spent there.

Villa Southern Charm is every bit as charming, if not more, than the pictures advertised. The home was extremely clean, centrally located, and you cannot beat that amazing pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and already look forward to booking again for next year!
