payment Schedule

The rental price for the rental property has to be paid before the rental time starts:

• 20% of the total amount of the rental property must be paid within 7 days of booking.

• The remaining amount must be transferred to Villa Southern Charm no later than 30 days before the rental date.

additional costs

The rental price includes the costs for water, sewage, waste disposal, pool service, garden service and internet. Not included in the rental price are the costs for electricity. These cost will be deducted from the security deposit. The cost of electricity will be charged according to the local costs.

The rental price includes 6.5% Sales Tax and 5% Tourist Tax.

cancellations

In case of cancellation, we charge the cancellation fee as follows:

• Till 20 days before arrival 50% of the total price

• 19 to 2 days before arrival 80% of the total price

• 1 day before arrival and on arrival day the full amount will be charged
